Carlos A. Silva is the Vice President of Operations at ROC Hospitality Network and a Partner at Old Lisbon Restaurants. He is the son of Carlos Silva Sr, the Founder and President of ROC Hospitality Network and Old Lisbon Restaurants. Carlos grew up around the Old Lisbon team and has contributed to the growth of the company and brand. He is now leading the expansion of Old Lisbon Restaurants to Aventura and plans to continue growing the family-owned business. His commitment to excellence and passion for the Food & Beverage industry embodies a perfect synergy with the ROC Hospitality Network.
Mr. Silva properly joined the Old Lisbon Restaurants team in 2019 to operate the companies fast casual concept Lisboeta at Riverside Miami. Opening and operating this new concept while concurrently bartending at Old Lisbon Sunny Isles and learning how to maneuver the intricate office administration of the restaurant business refined Mr. Silva’s skills in the industry. Carlos has demonstrated a remarkable ability to not only drive business growth but also foster a culture of positivity and development among his team.
